Volleyball Earns Team Academic Award
The American Volleyball Coaches Association announced on Monday, July 22nd that the varsity volleyball team was recognized as a recipient of the AVCA Team Academic Award for the 2018-19 school year.
This marks the fourth consecutive year the Lions have received recognition for their work in the classroom. The award honors collegiate and high school varsity volleyball teams that displayed excellence in the classroom during the school year by maintaining at least a 3.30 cumulative team grade-point average on a 4.0 scale. Way to go ladies!
