Fall Sports Recap

During the fall season, 125 student-athletes competed in five different sports. The Lions gave their fans many memorable moments and three of the varsity programs competed in postseason play. 

 
Girls Volleyball

Varsity girls volleyball had a 16-7 overall record. The team placed second in the Tri-County Independent School League, and made it to the semi-finals of the PAISAA tournament. Junior Varsity won the ANC JV Volleyball Invitational Tournament Championship, and recorded an 11-5 overall record. Carling B., Sabrina B., Andie G., and Nicole M. were named to the All-League team.

Boys Soccer

Varsity boys soccer went 8-5 overall and 4-4 in league play. The team made an appearance in postseason play against Germantown Friends School, and two players were named to the FSL All-League Team. Chakra W. made the First Team All-League, while Leo-Paul W. received honorable mention.

Girls Field Hockey

Varsity girls field hockey went 9-7 overall and 5-3 in the Friends Schools League. The Lions made their eighth consecutive appearance in postseason play, falling 2-3 to Westtown in the FSL Semi-Finals. Rebecca C. and Caelyn H. were named to the FSL First Team All-League, while Laken B., Samantha K., and Emma S. received honorable mention.

Boys football

Varsity boys football had a successful season with an 8-2 record. The Lions shut out their opponents twice and scored 20 points or more in all eight of their victories.

Girls Tennis

Varsity girls tennis had a 4-8 overall record. The team picked up three victories against Bensalem, and one against Calvary Christian.
