Basketball
Head Coach: Kevin Givens
Assistant Coaches: Shannon Givens, Jeff Lites, and Brandon Charleston
The boys basketball team is competitive in the Friends Schools League, winning championship games in 1998, 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009. The team also made championship appearances in 2006, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. Last season three ANC players were named to the FSL All-League team.
The players are driven and strive to continually improve their individual and team skills in order to be able to compete at the highest possible level. The program has had players go on to play NCAA Division 1 Basketball at Syracuse University, University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Fairfield University, West Virginia University, Coastal Carolina University, Oklahoma University and Rider University.
