Tuition & Financial Aid
We are delighted that you are considering an ANC education. ANC recognizes that affording a private education requires a significant investment for parents, and our commitment is to make this education accessible to as many families as possible. ANC’s institutional cost to educate each student is estimated to be more than $38,000 per year. However, each ANC student receives financial support through institutional grants, made possible with the school’s endowment and other funds. As a result, each ANC student is charged about half of their true educational cost.

Additional Costs Outside of Tuition
Financial Aid:
The Academy of the New Church Secondary Schools strives to make an independent high school education available in the form of financial aid grants to the families of students who cannot afford the full cost of tuition. ANC’s financial aid program is strictly need-based, and families may receive a financial grant of up to 85% of the cost of tuition based upon their demonstrated need. A family’s demonstrated need is determined by reviewing many factors, including, but not limited to a family’s annual income, core monthly and annual family expenses, and consumer debt. Financial aid grant applications are kept confidential.
Families are welcome to apply for a financial aid grant each year, and annually, more than 60% of the students receive financial aid. In addition to the institutional grant, ANC does not offer financial aid grants to defray the cost of room fees and meals for students who board. Financial aid grants are not available to international students. ANC is budgeting approximately $1,300,000 in tuition assistance for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Deadlines:
To be considered in the first round of financial aid decisions, new and returning families must complete the financial aid application and submit the required supporting financial documents by February 10, 2026. Almost all financial aid is distributed in the first round. Families applying after the February 10th deadline will receive aid if funds allow, or they may be placed on our financial aid waitlist.
Process:
To determine all financial resources available to a financial aid applicant, ANC requires that all parents/guardians, including divorced, separated, re-married and never married parents be involved in the financial aid application process. Parents living in separate households will each file their own financial aid application.
We use a tuition management company called FACTS for application for financial aid. There is a $55 application fee. All families will need to re-apply every year for financial aid.
