We welcome our newly enrolled students and their families into our ANC community.
Below you will find important dates and information to help you and your child prepare for the upcoming school year. Check back often, as we will continue to update the page throughout the spring and summer.
Registration - sent via email starting in April - Return ASAP to Elizabeth Fuller, Registrar
Health Forms - Please print and submit to Crystal Smith R.N., Director of Doering Health Clinic by June 30, 2019. If enrolled after June 30 submit ASAP
Consent and Information Form - Print and submit to your school secretary by August 18th
Parent, Student and School Cooperation Agreement - Print and submit to your school secretary by August 18th
Leaving Campus Form - Print and submit to your school secretary by August 18th, if you expect your child to leave campus during the school day. See form for details.

My BackPack (MBP) is our online Student Information System. This is where you can go to see your child's schedule and what courses they are enrolled in. Parents will receive an email with information about logging into MBP. If you are in need of assistance accessing your account, please contact Hayley Gunther at firstname.lastname@example.org
Day students are required to register their vehicle each year with the Department of Public Safety to park on campus during the school day.
Your student’s ANC ID Card is capable of providing him/her with convenient access to facilities and services on and around campus. The ID card can be connected to a prepaid spending account, offering a safe and convenient way to make cashless purchases.
The optional service works like a debit card; there are no fees associated with using or adding money to the card, and spending cannot exceed the prepaid balance in the account. With the "Campus Cash" program, you will be able to use your ID card to purchase meals from the Dining Hall, food/drink at the Bryn Athyn College Café, and items from the ANC School Store.
Visit campus cash to register your campus cash account. To register you will need to enter your student’s last name and their unique 5 digit ID code (sent via email during the summer).

The yearbook is pre-sold throughout the year by the Boys School secretary, and is available for purchase at a cost of $65. Those interested in ordering a copy should send a check made out to ANC Yearbook to:

After its publication and release at the annual yearbook signing party it can be purchased for $65.
Dormitory Resident Students will receive the following communications via email from the houseparent:
- Welcome letter/ Move-in Schedule
- Dorm Policies and Procedures
- Roommate/Returning Request
- Handbook and Packing List
- A last reminder
Local new students are encouraged to avoid long lines on orientation day by scheduling a 5-minute appointment in August with Traci Barney from the Department of Public Safety, firstname.lastname@example.org or 267.502.2604.
New boys’ photos will be taken at the Boys School New Student Orientation on Wednesday, August 7th.
All remaining students will have their ID picture taken on Orientation Day or during the first week of school.
Anyone with a lost ID, please contact Ms. Barney as soon as possible.
The School Store is open Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm during the school year.

Fall Preseason Camp
August 19th - August 23rd
Preseason for fall sports runs August 19th - August 23rd. Registration information has been sent via email. For further information, including practice times and equipment requirements, please contact your head coach.

All student athletes are required to have a sports physical before participating at camp. The sports physical is embedded in the ANC Yearly Physical Form. Physicals must be performed after May 1, 2019. To download the form for new or returning students, click the appropriate link below.

- Breakfast: $5.30 Campus Cash, $5.50 Credit/Debit
- Lunch/Dinner: $7.20 Campus Cash, $7.50 Credit/Debit
*SAGE is not accepting cash payments for individual meals
When purchasing a full term of lunches, checks should be made payable to ANC (Not SAGE) and sent in with the student or mailed to the ANCSS Bursar at Box 711, Bryn Athyn, PA 19009
