Newly Enrolled Families

Below you will find important dates and information to help you and your child prepare for the upcoming school year. Check back often, as we will continue to update the page throughout the spring and summer. 

Required Forms

  • Registration - sent via email starting in April - Return ASAP to Elizabeth Fuller, Registrar

  • Health Form - Please print the "Yearly Physical For New Students" and submit to Crystal Smith R.N., Director of Doering Health Clinic by August 1, 2021. If enrolled after August 1 submit ASAP

  • Consent and Information Form  - Print and submit to your school secretary by August 18th

  • Parent, Student and School Cooperation Agreement - Print and submit to your school secretary by August 18th

My Backpack

My BackPack (MBP) is our online Student Information System. This is where you can go to see your child's schedule and what courses they are enrolled in. Parents will receive an email with information about logging into MBP. If you are in need of assistance accessing your account, please contact Hayley Gunther at

School ID

Students are required to visibly wear their student ID at all times. We ask that new students review the ID Photo Requirements and email a photo of themselves to in August and an ID will be printed for them. 

If a student loses their ID, they should contact Ms. Barney as soon as possible. 

Campus Cash

Campus Cash is a payment account for students which allows them to use their student ID as a credit card. Parents must set up this account prior to the start of the school year. Visit the campus cash page for information.

Dormitory Students

Dormitory Resident Students will receive the following communications via email from the houseparent:

  • Welcome letter/ Move-in Schedule
  • Dorm Policies and Procedures
  • Roommate/Returning Request
  • Handbook and Packing List
  • A last reminder

Yearbook Purchase

The yearbook is pre-sold throughout the year by the Boys School secretary, and is available for purchase at a cost of $65. Those interested in ordering a copy should send a check made out to ANC Yearbook to:

After its publication and release at the annual yearbook signing party it can be purchased for $65.

Vehicle Registration

Day students are required to register their vehicle each year with the Department of Public Safety to park on campus during the school day. Visit the link below and choose “Department of Public Safety” in the first drop down menu. (Please note - if you have pop-up blockers enabled on your browser, you will need to turn them off for the form to work properly.)

The School Store is open Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm during the school year.

Meal Plans

Boarding students are provided with three meals per day in the Dining Hall. The cost is included in their room and board fees. Day students can purchase individual meals or a term-long lunch package.

Lunch Rates for Day Students: $365 per term, half-term lunch plan starting October 12th is $185.00

Pay As You Go Pricing for Day Students:

  • Breakfast: $5.50 Campus Cash/Credit/Debit
  • Lunch: $7.50 Campus Cash/Credit/Debit

*SAGE is not accepting cash payments for individual meals

When purchasing a full term of lunches, checks should be made payable to ANC (Not SAGE) and sent in with the student or mailed to the ANCSS Bursar at Box 711, Bryn Athyn, PA 19009
