Sodexho Campus Services is proud to provide dining services to the students, faculty, and staff at ANC. Boarding students are provided with three meals a day in the Dining Hall, and day students can purchase individual meals or a year- or term-long lunch package.
The dining experience is an all-you-care-to-eat format. The Dining Hall offers:
- hot entrees
- pasta dishes
- soup of the day
- side bar station featuring popular items such as burgers, chicken nuggets, or pizza
- full salad bar
- fresh sliced deli meats and cheeses
- juices, soda, water, milk, and other beverages
- coffee and tea
On Thursday evenings we offer a carving station with carved-to-order meats.
The Dining Hall staff is dedicated to providing great customer service and a variety of quality foods. Staff members adhere to the highest standards of food handling, and all facilities are regularly inspected by the Health Department. All dining service managers, lead cooks and many service personnel are certified by the National Restaurant Association (NRA) in safe food handling procedures.
