Campus Clubs
To encourage community and friendship on campus, we have four social campus clubs at ANC. We have two girls clubs—Alpha Kappa Mu and DEKA—and two boys clubs—Phi Alpha and Sigma Delta Pi.
While all club activities are supervised by faculty advisors, the clubs are entirely student-led. Participation in the clubs helps build pride in our students while giving them an opportunity to exercise cooperation and leadership, to engage in decades-old traditions, and to develop strong bonds with one another.
All ANC students are invited to join clubs in the fall of their sophomore year. To join a campus club, students must undergo a term of light-hearted pledging activities. These bonding activities are designed to instill club pride and to unite club members. Pledges participate in fundraisers and community service projects as a team, learn club songs and history, and join in a bit of healthy club rivalry.
