Club Banquets/Telegrams, Back Campus Sing; Freshmen Event
Location: Fine Arts Building - ANC Campus
This Social Event, is a benefit dance for Brest Cancer and is hosted by Sigma. Cost for admission is $3.00 per person for AKM and Phi Alpha members (no cost to Sigma or Deka members) and it is $5.00 for all non-club members. Additional donations are appreciated and will be accepted. This promises to be a fun event for all ANC students. Mark your calendars and plan to attend this special dance hosted by our own Sigma Club. Please note: Dress code for this event is relaxed casual attire; jeans and t-shirts are permissable, however no torn pants or unacceptable writing on the clothing.

This is an opportunity for the ANC Club Telegram performers to perform their songs for their fellow Telegramers, and the club advisors, and have them recorded by Mr. Keith Genzlinger for the Telegram CD. This year the Telegram CD is only to the Telegram performers, however some extras may be available for sale at the front desk in Benade Hall.

The Club Banquets, usually held in the location of the Telegram performance, begin this night of entertainment that is a keystone event for ANC. Telegrams are presented in various locations (audience stays and the Telegram Performers rotate through the venues - example: AKM and audience are located in de Charms Hall Rm. 161, Sigma is in Bean Hall, Phi Alpha will be located in Stuart Hall - Boys Dorm and Deka is in Glenn Hall - Girls Dorm). The evening is culminated by a traditional Back Campus Sing, which is attended by all Club members and the Club Advisors. Freshman Event - TBA

This popular event, sponsored by Student Council & Factores, is an opportunity for ANC Dodge Ball Teams to earn funds for selected charities by team sponsorship. Contributions are welcomed and all proceeds from the winning team are donated to the charity selected by the winning team. The entire Bryn Athyn community is invited to this event and encouraged to cheer for their favorite team.
Location: AFH (Asplundh Field House) & Girls Field Hockey Field
This event will follow the "Pay to Play" Charity Dodge Ball Tournament and will be held in the AFH. This event is the presentation of the New Club Officers from all the ANC campus clubs which is then followed by the entertaining "Back Campus Sing". Please note: The new officer presentation and Back Campus Sing events are open only to ANC club members and Club Advisors.
Location: Cairnwood (Located of Cathedral Rd. next to Glencairn)
The location (Cairnwood) for this event has been chosen and with this as the site for the dance, it should be a wonderful opportunity for ANC students and guests to attend a semi formal dance. Please note: All guests are required to meet with Mr. Reinprecht, Social Director and complete a brief welcome/invitation form.

Though details have yet to be finalized for these events, it is an opportunity for dorm boys to enjoy a weekend away from the ANC campus and dorm. Note: though the trips are scheduled for the same weekend, they are separate events and locations are different for both Sigma and Phi Alpha.

This afternoon of fun and enjoyment is designed for young children and offers a variety of entertainment choices.
Location: Patio of New Dining Hall (Bean Hall)
This social event is an opportunity for all ANC students, Faculty and their families to relax and enjoy an outside dinner of barbecue roasted and pulled pork, fresh corn on the cob, baked beans, salads, desserts and beverages. The cost for students is $2.00 per person and includes a Luau flower necklace or arm bracelet.

The ANC Spring Season and Major Sports Awards program is an opportunity for coaches from all winter and major sports to recognize and celebrate athletes for a variety of achievements. Parents, students, families and fans (old and young), are all invited to share in this special program of recognition for athletic performance and achievement by ANC students.

This traditional event is scheduled to allow students who have purchased yearbooks and those who need to buy one an opportunity to enjoy an evening of fun as they exchange yearbooks with each other in order to write a special message to a friend or classmate.

A special service dedicated to the Senior Class 2009 as they approach their high school graduation and the new challenges they will face.
Location: Glencairn
This special dinner is for Seniors Class of 2009 only and is an annual event to give the Seniors an opportunity to enjoy a relaxing dinner before the graduation dance.
Location: Fine Arts Building
This annual event is an opportunity for the Senior Class of 2009 to enjoy a last dance at ANC. The evening includes refreshments, the presentation of the Class Banner (9:30 PM) and the dedication of the yearbook. This event is open to ANC students, Faculty and Staff and we extend a welcome to all community members who wish to share in this special event.
