Textbook Buyback and Purchasing

With the 2012-2013 school year comes a new approach to textbook acquisition. The bookroom as we have known it will not exist, and families will be responsible for acquiring their own textbooks. This will take some getting used to, but ultimately should be more efficient for all involved.

Please consult the 2012-2013 Textbook List to see which texts are required in each course. Some may wish to make private arrangements for trading or purchasing books, while others can shop at online sites such as amazon.com, www.chegg.com, www.half.com, and www.campusbooks.com.

Note: The current inventory of books slated for use next year will be sold at 50% off until the inventory is depleted. We will not order any additional texts. Textbooks in inventory can be purchased first-come-first-served by cash, check or credit card, in the old Book Room in the bottom floor of Benade Hall, weekdays from 10-2 pm. To gain access to the building or for further information, call Mary Odhner at 215-267-2540. All sales will be final - there will be no further buybacks.
