Bryn Athyn Summer Institutes

ANC Summer Institutes are intensive, hands-on courses sponsored by the Academy of the New Church, Bryn Athyn College and other related educational organizations.

Institutes take place during the spring and summer on the campuses of the Academy of the New Church, Bryn Athyn College, and affiliated historic buildings, facilities and grounds. Most classes run 9 am to 3:30 pm.

Summer Institutes are generally open to teens and up, including adults, and offer advanced skills to the motivated student. Secondary level credit is offered, as well as college credit in some courses. Class size is limited to provide an intimate environment of learning-by-doing, guided by instructors who are at the top of their field and who are passionate about what they do, using state-of-the-art equipment and outstanding facilities.

For summer 2010, Summer Institutes will be offered in Gardening Arts, Theater Arts, Computer Arts, and Sacred Arts (Stained Glass, Stone Cutting, and Ceramics.)
