Summer Camps | Sports Training

We are very excited for our second summer of workouts and PE programs. We have a very strong coaching staff made up of varsity head and assistant coaches from multiple different sports teams including football, boys/girls basketball, field hockey, boys/girls lacrosse, wrestling, and more.

Sports Training Camp will be held June 11 - August 16, 2012.

Our program is a daily program that runs Monday through Thursday all summer long and will be 1 hour and 15 minutes long. We have 3 different programs offered to 3 different age groups.

3rd – 6th Grades - Coed

This program will be a dynamic combination of a PE class and an All Sports Camp. We will focus on the fundamental aspects of a variety of sports, learning the rules of play, proper technique and good habits. We want to help students be physically active over the summer through exposure to a breadth of activity. Some highlights of last summer included obstacle courses, balance beam races, fun relay races, and the tennis ball game. New and exciting games coming for this summer.

6th – 9th Grades - Coed

This program will be focused on improving as overall athletes.  There will be little sport specific activity; instead, this program is designed with strength and conditioning workouts that teach young athletes methods to increase their speed, agility, and overall athleticism.  With no/light weight activities we will help students become faster, stronger, more confident individuals. This class is designed to make working out for middle school aged kids FUN!!! We play games, we have relay races, do obstacle courses, and get stronger and faster in the process.

High School - Coed

This program will have no sport specific training and is designed to help athletes improve their total flexibility, strength, speed, agility, balance, vertical jump, and more.  In an effort to become better overall athletes we will do a variety of activities focused on weight training as well as speed and agility.   Along with “The Competition of the Day”, we will help the students track their daily workouts so they can see their progress and improvement over the summer.  Many of the participants last year noticed a huge difference on the field/court this year.

3rd-6th Grades:  1:00pm – 2:15pm
6th-9th Grades:  2:30pm – 3:45pm
High School:    4:15pm – 5:30pm

Cost

$12 per session.

Special if you pay before June 15th!
Buy 15 sessions get 4 free. That’s half the summer for only $180.
