Student Government
One of the main reasons, if not the main reason, why the ANC Secondary Schools function in a smooth and charitable fashion, is the quality of our student leaders. In many ways, the Girls School FactoresStudent Council really run the show.
The Student Council is made up of the elected leaders of the Boys School: A Student Council President, presidents of classes and clubs, editors of The Academian and Yearbook, and others. The council aids in the internal administration of the school and promotes communication between the students and the faculty.
Factores is the student council of the Girls School. The word "factores" means Those Who Act or Doers . Members of the council are elected and appointed leaders of the school. Their inauguration consists of their public promise to strive to uphold the rules and principles of the school.
