ANC Lions Soccer 2008
We are all very excited for the 10th year of ANC Girls Soccer. The girls are determined this year to make the Friends School League playoffs for the first time in the history of the program. The team is lucky to have Chris Waelchli (6th year) and Angella Irwin (2nd year) working together as Co-Head Coaches. Their is strong senior leadaership from Madeline Fazio, Kelsey Kiel, and Kiah Baker. Junior Cree Gurney is in her third year as goalie and looks to stop all shots. The team is excited for new players Ali Leonard, Kara Cowley, Karina Ernst, as well as all the new freshman. With only 25 girls, we are certain tha teveryone is going to gain a great bit of experience this year whether on JV or Varsity.
Everyone come out and support the Girls Soccer team this year as they strive to make the Friends School League playoffs.
